Hello, MCIS Families! Here is some important information for the month ahead:
We have used all NTI days available, so any snow days moving forward will be "traditional snow days." If your student needs any NTI work to complete from the previous missed days, please reach out to their teachers.
There is no school on Monday, February 16, Presidents' Day, while teachers have professional development.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 26 from 4-7 p.m. Teachers will be sending out information about signing up for a time slot with your team, in the coming weeks.
The first week of March is "Read Across America Week." We will have a variety of fun activities throughout that week (details to come), including our family literacy night "M-ART-ch Madness" on Tuesday, March 3 from 5-7 p.m. The Scholastic Book Fair will also be open for shopping that night to support our school library!
Stay safe in the continued winter weather. We look forward to having our students back in session every day and getting into a routine!
