A reminder to families that there is no school on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

With winter weather always a possibility in the coming months, we want to remind families also that NTI packets have been sent home with students. Students have 5 in-person school days after an NTI day to complete and submit assignments. These assignments may seem time-consuming or tedious to complete at home, but each NTI day is intended to account for one full day of instructional time lost. Thank you for helping your students be successful with their work when we aren't able to be together at school.

There will be an FCCLA project taking place at MCIS after school on Wednesday, 1/21. High school students will be here to talk to kids about making healthy choices, including nutritious food and an active obstacle course. The program ends, and students need to be picked up, at 4:15. The first 30 students to register at this link will receive a ticket on Tuesday as notification of their invitation to stay after school.
