As Thanksgiving approaches, the leaders at MCIS want to express their gratitude for our MCIS Family, from the parents and guardians who support our students every day to the teachers and other staff who work hard to create the best experiences possible within our school. I would like to encourage you to take a moment to send a message of thanks to a teacher or staff member who has made a difference in your child's education, whether that's within our building or not; you never know how much those kind words can mean.
Next week, there are only 2 days of school. Thanksgiving break begins Wednesday, November 26, and school will be back in session on Monday, December 1.
Please continue to check your students' backpack for important information. You should see a permission slip for The Nutcracker performance, which will be taking place on Friday, December 5.
